Nothing reaches a student until you approve it. Every recap waits in your queue, and editing or re-sending one never uses up a recap.

Questions
Does it work for group lessons?
No. Lesson Studio is built for one-to-one lessons: one teacher, one student. The recorder hears your microphone and the call as two tracks, so with several students on a call their voices share one track and the recap cannot tell who said what.
Which lesson platforms does it work with?
Any lesson that happens in a Chrome tab: Zoom in the browser, Google Meet, Preply, italki. No bot joins the call.
Do I need a computer?
To record, yes: Google Chrome on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer. Your students open their recaps on any phone.
Does my student need to install anything?
No. They get a link to their own portal, and nothing is installed on their side.
Do I have to tell my student I am recording?
Yes. Ask for their agreement before you press record. Some countries require everyone on a call to consent, and Preply and italki have their own rules about recording.
What happens to recaps I don't use?
Plan recaps are for the month you pay for, so they don’t carry over. Away for a while? Pause your plan for up to three months and nothing is charged. Top-ups never expire.
